Recipe: Posh Bangers and Sweet Potato Mash

Just because you’re a student, doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy some gourmet food on a budget. This is my favourite bangers and mash recipe – yes I did splash out a bit more for the honey mustard sausages but it’s so worth it. The red onion gravy is something you must try – it’s a bit more complex than just using the classic gravy granules, but it takes about 4 minutes to make and you’ll never go back to boring gravy again!
